*A-LIST BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT HAPPENS AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING ONCE IT HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from A-LIST BOUTIQUE!
That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria & returns will be offered in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY (no exceptions):
✓ Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.
✓ A-LIST Return/Exchange Form must be included in the packaging.
✓ Customer will be refunded in STORE CREDIT (minus the initial cost of shipping)
and will be required to pay for shipping back to A-LIST. Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will be issued credit on the platform (Website, App or Brick & Mortar location) that the order was placed.
✓Returned items must be in original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and original tags attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, smell of smoke, pet or other odors, your return WILL NOT be accepted.
✓ All items purchased with on SALE, ENDS IN .99, DOOR BUSTERS, PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT OR COUPON CODES etc are FINAL SALE! If a final sale item is shipped back to A-LIST, the items will be marked "return to sender" and returned via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer. A-LIST BOUTIQUE holds no liability on tracking the package once it leaves our facility.
✓ Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving items by contacting A-List Boutique Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messenger. A-LIST is not responsible for items that have been damaged once worn or washed.
✓ Order Cancellations: Any order cancellation requests must be sent to A-List Boutique Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messenger. All cancellations are for store credit only, and can only be processed if the order has not been processed and shipped.
✓ Items purchased with Reward Points will be treated as a coupon and non refunded.
✓Customers that Exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns.
✓ Discount Codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used during the dates the code is valid (no exceptions). They cannot be added/applied after the order has been placed.
✓FINAL SALE (no exceptions) All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final (end in $0.99) as well as any item with FINAL SALE STICKERS, or items marked Door Buster, Final Few or Clearance. All sales are final on shapewear items, jewelry, undergarments (including Bralettes) hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, and eye wear & Beauty products. This is for hygienic purposes. And any other item deemed “non-returnable” by A-LIST Boutique.

RETURN FORM
At A-LIST BOUTIQUE, we understand that not every piece you order will fit exactly like you had hoped. While we do our best to inform you on fit of each item, sometimes it just doesn't work. That's ok! Here is our return policy
- Items are returned for store credit only.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Item(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. You MUST contact A-List Boutique Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messenger prior to sending items back to verify that your item(s) is eligible for return.
- Returned items must be in original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and original tags attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, smell of smoke, pet or other odors, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

- Excessive returns: If you return more than 3 items per month, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- NON-ELIGIBLE Items: Any item purchased on sale or using a discount code of 15% or more, items not purchased through the official site, bras, bralettes, camis, basic tank tops, jewelry, and socks.
- Order cancellations: Any order cancellation requests must be sent to A-List Boutique Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messenger. All cancellations are for store credit only, and can only be processed if the order has not been processed and shipped.

Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense, after 30 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated.
